30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked as Non-Returnable
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support team with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Full Name
  • The email address used to place the order
  • A brief explanation of the return request
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds
